Appointments & Scheduling

Patients are seen by appointment only. New patients will receive a packet of information upon scheduling their initial visit. Some of the information is available to download from our site. It is requested that the information be reviewed, completed, and returned to us in advance so that your chart will be ready when you arrive to see Dr. Rumley. You can mail, fax, or email the forms to us.

Appointments are often booked several days or sometimes weeks in advance. If you are not going to be able to keep your appointment, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice so that patients on the waiting list for an earlier appointment can be moved in to your time slot. The office number is answered by an answering service after hours and on weekends.

The Rumley Center is compliant with all aspects of HIPAA and respects the privacy of every patient. Confidentiality is of utmost importance. Please notify the staff if you have preferences regarding being contacted for appointment confirmation.
